Plants are living organisms and may vary in size, color, or appearance from photos shown. Minor cosmetic differences are normal and expected.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship plants carefully and responsibly

  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout

🌼 Replacement Policy

Our replacement policy applies only to plants damaged during shipping and reported within the stated timeframe (see Refund & Replacement Policy above).

🌿 Customer Responsibility

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the basic care requirements of live plants

  • You are responsible for proper care after delivery

  • Environmental conditions beyond our control may affect plant health

🔒 Limitation of Liability

Ping & Bloom is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to improper care or neglect

  • Weather-related shipping stress

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant, if applicable.
