At Ping & Bloom, we take great care in packing and shipping healthy plants. That said, plants are living things, and we understand that issues can occasionally happen during transit.

๐ŸŒฑ Damaged Plants During Shipping

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy due to shipping:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the plant and packaging

  • Once confirmed, weโ€™ll happily send a replacement plant (shipping included)

No need to return the damaged plant โ€” we trust our growers.

๐ŸŒผ Non-Returnable Items

Because plants are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions:

  • All plant sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:

    • Improper care after delivery

    • Environmental conditions (light, water, temperature, humidity)

    • Delays or issues once the carrier marks the package as delivered

After delivery, plant care becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly encourage reviewing our care guides and reaching out if you have questions โ€” weโ€™re always happy to help you succeed.
